j-Grab was contacted by the Tokyo Metropolitan Small and Medium Enterprise Support Center to implement a support project to support selling on cross border EC malls for SMEs in Tokyo that are considering using cross-border EC to develop overseas sales channels. This project aiming to set up a special site in the cross-border EC malls of Europe, the United States, Southeast Asia, and China (eBay/Global Market, Shopee/ASEAN Market, Tmall International/China Market, and Taobao/China Market) and listed approximately 200 products. We offer a one-stop business service that includes advisory, localization support and follow-up services for developing overseas sales channels and business models through the listing of products on our special website. The 2020 FY project was so successful that hundreds of items were sold abroad, and we are continuing to support the project in the following years.
