The challenge was to provide a detailed grouping solution for the students and teachers of Bunka Gakuen, including individual pricing.We decided to solve this problem by using Magento extensions to implement features that were not available on the existing domestic e-commerce site.In order to reduce errors in invoice and slip creation, which is an unavoidable part of cross-border EC operations, and reduce labour costs, dedicated scenarios will be created and RPA (WinActor) will be introduced in Phase 2.
